Used Folder Split Nipper Rolls Recovered with New Urethane

Send us your used web press folder split nipper rolls to be recovered with a new polyurethane covering and machined to your specifications.

The old split nipper covering will be removed. Then a new polyurethane covering, having the same hardness and dimensions as the original covering, will be  installed. The new urethane covered split nipper will be machined, on a mandrel in matched sets, as required. The recovered and machined split nippers will perform like new to your satisfaction.

We also manufacture new folder split nippers that are press ready for you folder.
